Whatever suits you best — most customers pay automatically by GoCardless Direct Debit after each clean, but we also accept cash, bank transfer and card. Payment is always taken after the clean, never in advance, and only ever for work we've actually done. We don't go door-to-door collecting payments — it's all handled simply and securely once your clean is complete. Paying by bank transfer? Please pop your name or address in the reference so we can match it to your account and avoid any mix-ups.
Rain doesn't affect the results — our pure water system leaves windows to dry spot-free naturally, and a bit of rain won't undo a professional clean. If the weather's genuinely too severe to work safely, we'll simply catch you on the next available day.

RB Window Cleaning provides domestic and commercial window cleaning, conservatory cleaning, and fascia & soffit cleaning across Sutton in Ashfield, Mansfield, Kirkby in Ashfield and surrounding areas. Window cleaning includes the glass, frames and sills as standard. Fascias, soffits and conservatory cleaning are charged separately.
Regular cleans are carried out on a recurring schedule (typically 4-weekly or 8-weekly). We aim to attend on or around your scheduled date but exact days may vary due to weather, workload or circumstances beyond our control. You do not need to be home for us to clean, as we work primarily from the outside.
Please ensure gates are unlocked and access to the rear of the property is clear on your scheduled day. If we are unable to gain access, we may clean the accessible windows and charge accordingly, or rearrange for the next visit. Please keep pets secure during our visit.
Payment is due on completion of each clean. We accept card payments, bank transfer, direct debit (GoCardless) and cash. Invoices/notifications are sent at the time of cleaning. We reserve the right to suspend service where payments are overdue.
If you wish to cancel a clean or stop your regular service, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit where possible. Repeatedly missed or refused cleans may result in removal from the round.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with any clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to put it right free of charge.
RB Window Cleaning holds full public liability insurance. We take every care while working at your property. However, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to faulty or rotten window frames, loose or cracked seals, damaged or painted-shut windows, or poorly fitted fixtures. We will always notify you of any issues we notice.
We clean in most weather conditions. Light rain does not affect the quality of the finish when using our pure water system. We reserve the right to reschedule in unsafe conditions such as high winds, ice or storms.
We may review prices from time to time. Any change to your regular price will be communicated to you in advance.
We only hold the information needed to provide your service. We do not share your details with third parties. See our Privacy Policy above for full details.
